Field Mushroom stuffed with smoked bacon, sausage meat and chorizo with parmesan crust and onion marmalade
Smoked trout pate served with Melba toasts
Stuffed breast of succulent turkey
Slow roasted pork belly with crackling and stewed apples
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding
Pesto, brie and sundried tomato tart
Baked fillet of salmon coated in herbs and nuts served with a tarragon cream sauce
All served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
