Christmas Menu 2015

Available between 1st - 23rd December


Price is £20.00 per head for 3 courses followed by coffee and brownies.




Goats cheese and chicory salad with toasted walnuts (v)


Smoked trout with a horseradish crème fraiche


Sweet potato and butternut squash soup (v)


Chicken and artichoke terrine with tomato chutney and toasted brioche




Roast turkey with a sausage meat and sage & chestnut stuffing


Confit duck leg with apple sauce and a juniper reduction


Salmon en croute in a ginger and sultana butter


Slow braised beef and root vegetable casserole with herb dumplings


Caramelised shallot & balsamic tarte Tatin, finished with a goats cheese crumb (v)




All mains are severed with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables








Rich chocolate mousse with orange scented biscuits


Vanilla pannacotta and fruit compote


Christmas pudding with a brandy sauce


Apple & cinnamon pie in a cheddar pastry
